Or at least one of them. One of my smaller baby rats are in another cage.

Nice cage!

Just so you know, pine and cedar bedding are toxic to small animals. It causes respiratory problems and even liver disease.

Aspen is the safe wood bedding. CareFresh and Yesterday's News are much better options, though.

Also - your ratties need a bigger wheel. For rats, you need the largest size offered, which is 12 or 12.5 inches. Otherwise, they strain their back a lot when running Sad

Very good advice.....I need to change that bedding!

But the wheel..hmm...the wheel. They never run in it...perhaps it is all about size. Guess the saying " size matters" is true!

Super pet!Is it hard to clean?Do they play on the slides at all?Seems like they would be afraid of it.A women I know has this cage for her ferret. She took the slide out.
This is the cage I want.Mostly because its PURPLE!
How many do you have in there?I see two.

They actually do play on the slides. Obviously not like we would by sitting down and sliding....but the use them frequently running up and down. They spend most of their time sleeping in the hammock.
